Furnance Enclosure

Hi all.

Does anyone have any suggestions for enclosing a gas furnance and water heater area? The 3 year old Burnham furnace and indirect water heater are in a 14 x 14 laundry room and I would like to "hide" the pair.
I understand that ventilation is extremely important, but still would like to enclose the two.

Thanks!

You are correct about the ventilation. You may need louvered doors and maybe even some vents installed into the wall(s). Check with a heating company to find how much combustion air you need for the two units. Get the BTU ratings from both units so you can give them the figures. Good luck.
