I have a Harmon Pellet Stove, (9 Years) When It is working,
the glass on the door gets covered with soot. When I
shut the stove down and cool it to clean, I clean the glass with Windex and top that off with Vinegar. This cleans the window very good, but as soon as the fire is lit again, the
window, within 15 minutes is all covered with soot again.
Can someone tell me what the best way to clean this window is and keep it clean while burning. It is unsightly. Any help
in this regard would be appreciated, Thanks.

I have the Harmon XXV stove. I get soot on the glass too but not nearly as fast as you. Have you cleaned your stove exhaust pipe? In the inside of the burn pot good and clean? My stove has vents next to the glass to help keep it clean. If yours have this make sure they are good and clean. Lastly maybe you pellets are poor quality. Maybe try another brand.
