England 25-PDVC/55-SHP10 control board issue

Separated from http://www.doityourself.com/forum/fi...r-motor-3.html.

I've had my Englander Pellet stove 25-PDVC / 55-SHP10 for 6years.
I've had replaced mostly Auger motors until this season. The lower motor actually has less of a load then the short upper auger. The upperauger has 40 lbs. of pellet on top of it most of the time. And because the mostwear and tear to motor happens when you start it (In rush current) it wears outfirst, at least in my stove.
If you go to England’s website you can find a lot of troubleshooting help.
This includes the E codes…
Something new to me this season is that the bearing blocksfloat, or tilt this helps with stickingaugers. And that annoying clicking sound I've seen mentioned in this forum.
I'm looking for someone who has adjusted the feed rate onthe circuit board.
My current issue is that I'm going through a bag of pelletsin 6 hours with a feed rate of 1... The online trouble shooting mentions underpoor burning that if you're not getting 16 to 24 hours you need to call forcustomer service to confirm proper circuit board set up...
Any ideas?

Are you running in mode C or D? They have different air/fuel mixture ratios. D is the factory settings and will use less pellets, but C will use much more.
