The fresh air vent on my fireplace is location inside our screen inporch. We would like to inclose this porch and turn it into a sunroom, my question is can the fresh air vent be rerouted? Can you suggest any options.

Cool

You can 90 the air intake vent down to come out under the porch.
You don't need to pull your heated air out of your new sunroom for the fireplace.
Good luck!

Thanks for your reply, our house is on a slab so I can route under the porch, do you know if this could be route into the attic?

Cool

I would check with your local Building Inspector about the attic.
I would think that you would be better off running it out through a wall or all the way up through the roof, rather than into an attic.
Good Luck!
