Napoleon Propane Gas Fireplace

Hi there,
I'm looking for help to determine why my pilot flame keeps gong out and only stays on for about 5 seconds on start up w/the electronic ignition remote. Sometimes the pilot will ignite a flame on 1/2 of the burner , but then shuts itself down. So far I have stuck a needle into the pilot hole, vacumed the burner in place, made sure there was nothing obstucting the gas burner itself and cleaned the sensor rod. When the pilot does light, the flame is blue and about an 1 1/2" long..good strong flame. It is a new install and it has been running fine up until 4 days ago. Can anyone HELP me?

Jack

Welcome to the forums.

A new install..... like the unit was just installed ?
Did you install it yourself or have it done ?

I'd need a model number to render additional assistance but if the unit was professionally installed then they should correct that. It may be a LP gas pressure issue.
