Pilot light on Heatilator GNDC30

My pilot light on my Heatilator GNDC30 wont stay lit. Sometimes it will stay lit for days and sometimes just for minutes. I am thinking it is a problem with the thermocouple. Do you have to dismantle the fireplace to change the thermocouple or can you do it from the service hatch. Additionally does anyone know the part number for the thermocouple? Thank you for any help in advance.

Any generic matching thermocouple should work but the problem is usually the pilot burner needs cleaning. The flame needs to be big, full and surround the thermocouple.

I don't think you can change the thermocouple thru the service door.

Your manual with good service info......
