Subfloor construction Question

The framers just finished with my subfloor. My Questions are this, On top of the block is a "Mud seal" I think he called it, and on the outer edges are 2x10pt "bands" some of the bands don't line up perfectly with one another. Is this normal???? And also the subfloor was glued with "Nail Power subfloor adhesive" And nails. Is this ok or should I also put screws in the floor as well???

Rough framing is exactly that, rough . If what you mean by perfectly that maybe an 1/8 or ľ where the two boards meet this will be covered by your exterior finish with no adverse affect. If however the difference is extreme ĺ to 1 inch it may be a concern. The way the sub floor was installed is typical and within code the glue will help reduce any possible floor squeaks and should be sufficient. Look at the nail pattern and insure enough nails were used. I go 3 inches on the seam and 8 inches in the field. Hope this helps. Congratulations on the new home.
