type of subfloor decking

What type of subfloor decking should i use?

what thickness?

I am confused.......

I have been told alot of stuff use t&g or use strudi floor or blah blah blah.....

More info please!

We need more info to give an informed opinion on what you've got going.

Is this new or a remodel? What type of finish flooring material is planned? Joist size & spacing? Do you have any existing decking? Post back with some details and we'll get ya steered on the right track.

remodel, 2x8's joists on 16" centers, 2X10's headers. linoluim roll type flooring. I posted earlier in another thread about building up off a slab beacause I am relocating some restrooms.
