Unhappy Rain on subfloor and dripping down..

Iam in the process of constructing a new house and have just finished screwing & gluing the the plywood subfloor down on top of the Engineered Wood Product I-loist. Last night it rained something fierce and even though I covered the entire floor with numerous tarps, water still made its way to the deck and to my horror, is drippng down through the floor into the basement below! Will this seriously damage the floor system? I did the best I could to overlap the tarps and weigh them down but to no avail.
What should be done next?

Rain on subfloor

Hopefully, any damage was minimal. I would suggest a dehumidifier for the basement to help get the moisture and humidity out of there.
