Unhappy framing question

I am remodeling my basement. When I install the floor joists with the tapcon screws... and I'm ready for the wall joists, should I just toe nail them into place?

If your putting down lumber on the floor, you can frame the walls as one unit and nail into place through the bottom plate. Make sure you use pressure treated lumber anywhere they touch concrete directly. If I was using "joists" for the floor, I would use this order:

Floor joists
Subfloor (plywood)
Walls

Trying to cut plywood to fit tightly around wall that are already in place is just a PITA, and there's no reason to do so.
