Lumber and Drywall Prices

Can anyone help me really quick? I am just trying to come up with a very rough budget for building two partition walls in my basement. Off the top of their heads can anyone give me approximate prices on 2x4's, furring strips, and blueboard in the Northeast US.
No one seems to list prices on their websites!

Hello & welcome aboard.

8' studs are like $3

1"x3" furring, say $1.75 ea.

Drywall is $0.28 per s/f delivered for standard 1/2" board.

Mud is about $11-$12 a bucket.

Don't forget to include accessory items as well in your budgeting, you'll need tape, drywall screws & glue, PVA primer, framing nails (16P), tapcons or other concrete fasteners to anchor the walls to the basement floor/walls. Once you've thought of everything, add 15% to that for the things you've forgotten.

Prices quoted above are current here in the midwest, wouldn't be surprised if they were 15-20% higher in the northeast. HTH
