Dricor??

I'm finishing my basement & have some humidity in the summer time. I would like to lay carpet down & have heard NEVER to lay carpet on concrete. I never heard of Dricor so I'm asking if I should lay this first then carpet??? Can I even lay carpet on this stuff?? & will DRICOR pretty much eliminate my concern about himidity & smell from it???

I am at the same step you are and have looked into DriCore as well. They are 2' x 2' panels and you can lay carpeting over the top. You will lose about an inch of ceiling height Here in Milwaukee, WI they are about $5 per panel at Home Depot. They say to divide the sq. ft. needed by 3.3 and that will tell you how many panels you need. Here's there website: www.dricore.com. Good Luck.
