Under the sill plate

Most guys here use that foamed polyethylene sill plate gasket material to seal the sill plate and the concrete foundation. I like it too if I have a reasonably level foundation. But I still have tp come back an caulk sometimes.

But this time around it is relatively uneven so I plan to use either caulk or HD urethane construction adhesive. I want a good seal to the foundation.

Of course I am using treated plates.

Any advice??

Thanks

What about doubling up on the foam gasket material? Just a thought, or else break out the grinder & finish the concrete finisher's job. I hate when the trade in front of me leaves me a mess to fix. Other than the spray in foam, (which I do love in remodel jobs, cause you never know what you'll find) I think you've about explored all the options. Good luck bud.
