Dogs Run The House

Hi, does anyone have any words of wisdom as to how i could seal my subfloor in all my rooms before laying ceramic tile. we have dogs and they have "messed" on the floor and we have been right behind them cleaning up. this is all do to Accidents only " no major problems. But i have heard that this smell can ans sometimes will come up through even if it is covered by cement and tile and sealer.

You can seal your subfloor with any paintable sealant such as polyurethane. While this will help keep the "offensive smell" out of the room, it won't help keep it out of the grout for future accidents after the floor is down.

Seal your grout well - and yearly.
