Stiffen floor trusses properly/effectively

I am trying to remove some seemingly excessive deflection from my floor system. I have 12" floor trusses on 24" centers with 3/4" plywood subfloor. I have a china cabinet that rattles excessively even when my 105 lb. wife walks nearby. The cabinet sits just about in the center of a 14' span. Any suggestions?

My guess is that it is due to the 24" floor joists on center. I always install floor joists 16" on center and in some cases 12" on center. Also you should have tongue and groove sub flooring. There is a strengthening system, whose name escapes me at this time that strengthens floor on 24" center. Maybe my old brain or someone can give the name of the system. If I remember it it will tell you. Good Luck.
