determine the load capacity of a floor

I have a commercial metal building with an office area that we use the top of for storage. I need to determine the maximum laod capacity of this floor (ceiling of office).
The load bearing walls are 2 x 4 on 16" centers with a double top plate. The joists are 2 x 10 on 16" centers spanning 198" between the walls. The joists are not notched. The decking is 1 1/8" plywood with staggered seams the is glued and nailed. I need to know the psf for this floor.

Load tables

Check the website below. I believe it has the data you need to calculate the allowable loads. Good luck.
