How thick are most residential subfloors?

Just curious what is the standard code in most places and what is usually used.
Are they OSB or plywood?

Both are used, maybe osb more often.

3/4" is the standard thickness but might be 23/32"

A lot depends upon floor system, IE, joist spacing.
16OC--5/8T&G
24OC--3/4"
Post and beam IE. 48OC--2-4-1 Plywood, 2X6 T&G
