Subfloor in concrete basement floor

Subfloor in concrete basement floor

Hi, I'm looking to finish my basement and not sure what to go with for a subfloor. The unfinished floor is concrete and seems to be dry so far, I plan to finish the floor with about 75% carpet and 25% ceramic tile. I've heard/read good things about DriCore, but not sure if I need two separate types of subfloor for the tile and carpet areas. Any advice on if I even need a subfloor or how to deal with carpet and tile combination, as well as recommendations for subfloors that would work well with both carpet and tile are appreciated. Thanks for your time!

You'll want a moisture barrier, but no additional subfloor is needed.
