Storage room construction

What do you guys think about this construction? i just want to be able to store things and keep from getting wet but i plan on sticking 4x4x10 on each corner in the ground for a 12x12 building and for the ground work i will just be putting down concrete blocks.. Wanted the building on ground and wasnt sure how much work id be looking at to put down concrete for the foundation as there was a little mound where i plan to put this building. LEt me know your opniions. thanks

I would form up the floor and make a pour. You will spend as much in concrete block as you would for 3 yards of concrete, and you will have a solid floor without 162 seams where the block meet. Once you have the floor poured, the construction of the room will be straight forward without having to sink wood in the ground, which will fail eventually.

You would have to level the area to almost perfection, bed it in sand and gravel, to install the block anyway, so a pour is more forgiving.
