problem with stud layout

here's what i'm not understanding in planning the stud layout for my 12x20 building. i plan on using 16" centers so the 4x8 sheets of siding i'm putting on the exterior will fall on the studs, no problem. but from the interior because of the 3 1/2 width of the walls these studs will no longer be on 16" centers from where the 4x8 sheets of sheetrock will start. so the sheetrock seams won't fall on studs. how is this rectified? is it just a matter of adding extra studs where the sheetrock will fall. i can't think of any other way...

Cut your first sheet off so the remaining finished side hits the stud - then run with it.

What Rivethead said! Cut off the first piece and carry on.
