Book on framing-remodeling
Hi,
I have the Creative Homeowner "House Framing" book but this is geared towards new construction. I'm contemplating adding a knee wall + ceiling wall? to room to partially separate it from an adjoining space. The techniques for new const don't work of course because you don't have access to the cap plates etc.
There's a Stanley book on moving or creating interior walls but usually these homecenter type books are worthless -
Amazon.com: Interior Walls: Framing, Drywalling, Trimming (Stanley Complete) (0014005213518): Stanley Books, Ken Sidey: Books
Can anyone recommend a book that has info on framing with remodelng in mind?
Thanks
