Roof Trusses Question

Hello,
I am looking at putting up a 24x24 detached garage. I have the option of putting up a storage truss or attic truss. Can someone tell me what the difference is? Do you have pictures of the construction of these that I can visibly see the difference?
Thanks for the help.

From a non-Pro..this is how I understand them...

An attic truss is designed so that you can actually create living space. They are strong enough to support the loads common with a lived in room. Beds, dressers, etc.

A storage truss is similar..but will normally have a lower ceiling and is NOT designed for heavy loads. More for a person getting in, crawling around and storage of things like Christmas decorations, camping gear, off season clothes, etc. NOT heavy boxes of books and magazines.

Heres a pretty good picture of them....Google Image Result for http://www.mplsgarage.com/images/floorplans/truss-room.gif

Thanks for the reply and that is exactly the type of image I was searching for earlier this morning. Thanks a lot. Lowes said it was about $250 for the attic vs. storage. I think i will spend the extra money and get the attic.

Thanks again.
