Mobile home subfloor repair

What obstacles will I run into when repairing the subfloor below a door in a mobile home?

Welcome to the forums!

Most MH sub floors are 5/8" particle board, I'd use 5/8" plywood or OSB for the repairs. After you've removed all the damaged and swollen particle board, you might need to add a 2x6 or two to give you something to nail to.

I'm not sure I understand the reference to "below a door" Which door are you referring to? Sub floor replacement is pretty much the same throughout the MH. Damage is usually along exterior walls or near plumbing.
