Re-using 2x4's?

Is it safe to re-use 2x4's to build a new interior wall? I will be expanding a bathroom by about 2 more feet, I have already torn out all the interior sheet rock and all the studs look fairly new in in good shape. They are still white with no immediately visible problems except where the former sheet rock was nailed up. As long as there is no twisting, splitting, etc. can I just re-use these to build the new wall??

IF they are in good shape, yes. If they are in bad shape, still yes, but use them for backing and bracing.

Be sure to check out the top and bottom to make sure they still have enough meat so they can be renailed.
