floor bouncing

Ibought my house couple of years ago. There is a section that use to be a balcony, but the previous owner closed it, they put siding and windows. The problem is everytime on that section to open the windows the floor bounce while I'm walking on it. It feels like its about to break. I look under that area on the first floor and everything seems solid.
The area that is bouncing (the addition conversion from balcony) is about 10ft long by 2feet wide.

Should I break part of the hardwood floor and see whats going on down there? What can it be?

It can be the sub-floor bouncing on the joists. I wouldn't open the floor. If you can calculate where the joists are, shoot some screws in it.
