Floor joist span question
I have a span of 14'6 , one side is a bathroom and other side is closet. will a 2x10 carry the span without a wall below ?

Span tables represent maximum spans. Shorter the span, the more solid it will feel. If you are concerned, such as if you are laying bath tile, you can change the layout to 12" on center to stiffen the floor. As always, for a subfloor you would want to glue and screw a minimum of 3/4 t&g for tile.

Its never a bad idea to put joists on 12" centers under a whirlpool tub... also for a few more $$$ 12" on center gives you the option to put down any tile in the future with no worries.
