LVL + Modified Flitch vs LVL

I feel comfortable saying I know the answer to this based on some other great posts on this forum and some common sense but would like to throw it out there in case I am missing something.

Which is stronger (less deflection) assuming a header with 16" centered joists sitting on it? Not worried about the specifics for the application. Already have a call out to the lvl manufacturer to size the beam and all that.

1. (3) 1 3/4" x 11 7/8" x 20' glued/nailed together (lvl only)

2. (2) 1 3/4" x 11 7/8" x 20' + 10" -1/4" steel plate bolted between them (flitch beam)

3. (2) 1 3/4" x 11 7/8" x 20' + upside down 'T' made of 10" - 1/4" vertical steel plate with 3" - 1/4" welded horizontally and bolted between the two lvl's

Betting on door number 3 but looking for confirmation or correction.

Throwing in a 4th option:

4. A single W10x19 beam

Again, not worried about what is right for the application, just which is stronger.
