Squeaky OSB seams

I’m replacing the carpet in our master bedroom. I told myself that when we replaced it I would fix the squeakyness we would always hear when we walked around. I started pulling up the carpet and screwing down the OSB. However, this didn’t fix the problem. I feel like the noise is concentrated around the seams or T&G. Does anyone have a fix for this? I don’t have access from underneath because this is our second floor.

Squeeks are often caused by brite nails that are no longer tight, or nails that have missed and rub on the sides of the joist. You will need to start pull the offending nails. They can be hard to find.

It's also possible that the butt joints (not the tongue and groove) might benefit from an expansion joint... a kerf cut if you will... to ensure they are not rubbing.
