Keeping grout clean..

Is it possible?? I'm contemplating tile in the kitchen, or just going laminate throughout. I don't think i've ever seen grout stay the orignal color for very long in any house. Any advise would be great. Thanks!

Choosing a good sealer for the grout helps a lot. Still, grout has a rough texture that can make it more difficult to keep clean.

Welcome to the forums!

I have tile countertops in my kitchen and the white grout is difficult to keep clean even with sealer on it. If I had it to do over I'd have used a colored grout.

I guess wood might be the way to go.. Or laminate, but that's a whole different discussion

Better choice for a floor subject to getting wet.
