Old House Basement Framing

Our basement is small and doesn’t have any insulation. The way I understand how to insulate and frame is to glue 1” styrofoam insulation to the cement walls and then frame with 2x2 on top of that glueing the base of the frame to the floor and nailing it to the ceiling. Then styrofoam in between. So first is that correct? Second, how do you frame around the windows if that is correct as I don’t think the styrofoam is load bearing. So would you make a 2x4 box and just nail it to the 2x2 joists or would you also use 2x4 joists at the Windows with no insulation behind the joist? Third I also understand you should not use vapour barrier between the drywall and the styrofoam I just wanted to also ensure that was correct.

Your advice is appreciated
