Old subfloor under load bearing wall

I am levelling my floors and putting new subfloor in.
what do I do with the sections that are under the load bearing walls?
There is a 1" thick plank underneath the footers of the load bearing walls. Can I just cut around it, will that weaken it or does it just act like a piece of blocking after that?

All the advice you need is in one of the threads you have posted in the past. Take your pick:

In short, if you cut the subfloor out you need to put blocking under the wall. And by "footer", I assume you mean the bottom plate of your wall...
