Drilled holes closer than 2" in sleepers
Hello all,
I am converting my garage into a living space and I raised the floor using 2x4 sleepers to make it the same level as the rest of the house. I ran some of the wiring through the sleepers and I just realized that the holes I drilled for the wiring is closer than 2" to the bottom of the sleepers. I have already run and secured the wires. Is there a way to secure this? I have an inspection coming up and I don't want this to be a problem.
By the way there are only 3 locations where I made these holes and they are at the end or pretty close to the end of the sleepers (lengthwise).
Thanks!

I don't think they will care. Sleepers aren't like joists because there is no span to consider, since sleepers are usually fully resting on something solid.

They are resting on adjustable plastic supports every 42" or so. Would that make a difference in span consideration? Thank you!
