Roofing nails and purlin bracing prevent sistering rafters

The roofing nails tip from the other side is preventing me from sistering my sagging rafters. I couldn't put the sister rafter close to the sheathing.
Rafters are 14', nominally 1&7/8 by 3&6/8. Pitch is 7.5/12.
What should I do about the nails? Should I use 2x4 or 2x6 to sister? How long should the sistering stud be?

Also the purlin bracing from one of the side is preventing me from sistering. The bracing is going to the rafter tie which are 12', but only 2x4, so they are sagging.
Should I temporary keep the current brace. And brace them to a loading barring wall, parallel to the ridge. Then remove the old brace to the sagging rafter tie. Then sister them? What should I do?
