Not all fabrics can be dyed. You can check with a local carpet/upholstery professional who does dyeing. Other options include reupholstering or using a slip cover.
There is a trade-off in not wanting to lose your view. I once owned a red accent chair whose back faced a southwestern window where the sun dominated during the afternoon. The backside of the chair faded to pink. I was not willing to give up the view of my flower gardens. When I moved, I had outgrown the desire for a red accent chair. The moving man loved the comfort, so I gave it to him.
It is always best to close the blinds or draperies on the windows on whatever side of the house the sun is on until it moves on. Blocking the sun protects household furnishings from UVB rays.

As twelvepole mentioned, it might, repeat might be possible to dye the fabric. Other than that, sun bleaching is permanent.
