Pet Hair on couch

I have a dark brown plush/velvety couch, and I spend a pretty penny on it. Just wondering besides lint rollers and slip covers how to keep the hair off? It's a never ending struggle!

You can't...if you let pets on the couch. Even then some will find its way.

My realtor showed me something when she was helping prep my house for sale. She used a regular latex rubber glove to get pet hair off the carpeted stairs. She got a lot more than I could have.

We have some microfiber (I guess...kinda like faux suede?) dining room chairs, as well as a cover over the top of a cedar chest, and the cats love to lay on them. I use a gun cleaning brush (sort of a stiff toothbrush) run sideways across the surface and it picks it with up. Much better than the adhesive lint rollers.

Not a bore brush....this kind... Kleen-Bore UT221 Nylon Bristle All Purpose Gun Cleaning Brush - Able Ammo

Of course I didn't pay that kind of money....I still have about 20 from my time working with Marines and Army types....
