HI everyone, So i'm new to this furniture rehabbing and i was wondering if anyone could tell me how to get this look..... [i]How do i get this look?[/i]

We have a new bed frame and adjustable Twin XL mattresses. The adjustable bases are good, but we have an issue. If we keep the bed bases pushed too far back towards the headboard, the base catches on the headboard when you raise it up, and then the headboard bangs on the floor when it finally slips off. As a result, we have to keep the base pulled forward enough so that the base doesn't catch on the headboard. This isn't so much of a problem, but it makes the actual problem worse... When you raise the Head part of the mattress, the gap between the top of the mattress and the headboard is so great, that if you're watching TV and adjust yourself in bed, the pillows have a tendency to fall back between the gap and land on the floor. My wife is convinced they make a product that solves this. She found a product online, but that only covers up to 6", and the gap we have is more than a foot. I'm thinking of somehow attaching straps or fabric from the mattress base to the bottom of the headboard, so that when the bed is flat you will see nothing, but when you raise the bed, you will have a "safety net" that stretches and will stop the pillow. I thought I would bounce the idea around here and see if others have any ideas. Thanks!
