I have a kitchen swivel chair that makes a clicking noise when you sit in it. When you pick up the chair the bottom comes off. With the chair upside down the shaft from the base of the chair moves in the base that the rollers are in. All other screws are very tight. I am enclosing 3 pictures of what I am talking about. Plus why does the chair come apart, only 2 of the four do?
Any ideas?
I have a horizontal bookcase that someone made that wobbles from side to side. I tried putting corner braces on 4 (out of 8) corners hoping this would solve the problem but it has not. Does anyone know how I can fix this issue so that the bookcase is stable? Would putting 4 more brackets on the back corners fix this problem?

Thanks.
We have had this set of pull through drawers for over 20 years. Dark solid oak and still in excellent condition. We would like to get some other pieces in the same dark oak style and same make/manufacture (we rather like the knots and natural look) if it is possible. The problem is that we have no idea of the make as there is no label/stamp and despite extensive google we cannot find it. We 'think' it was from Courts but of course they no longer exist.
If anyone has any idea of make/manufacturer/something identical then any information would be appreciated.
Thanks
