I’ve just purchased a second hand brass bed. However, when assembling it became apparent that where the base and the head and foot frame connect there was no thread for the bolts provided and nothing to anchor the two pieces together.
I’ve attached some pics. I assume I’m missing some parts as I cannot work out how the bed base would securely attach to the brass head and foot frame with only bolts resting in the holes. Can anyone tell me what’s missing? Thanks in advance!

Thanks, appreciate the reply. Forgive me if I’m being dim, but where would it go? The hole in the brass head board isn’t through and though so there’s no way I could get anything into the hollow tube to screw into.
We have had this set of pull through drawers for over 20 years. Dark solid oak and still in excellent condition. We would like to get some other pieces in the same dark oak style and same make/manufacture (we rather like the knots and natural look) if it is possible. The problem is that we have no idea of the make as there is no label/stamp and despite extensive google we cannot find it. We 'think' it was from Courts but of course they no longer exist.
If anyone has any idea of make/manufacturer/something identical then any information would be appreciated.

Hi, I need help with trying to refinish my coffee table top which I left something on top of which has taken off the wax finish and left just the dull wood.
Would anyone know how to fix this? Is it just a case of rewaxing it (would that bring the darker wood colour back) or maybe I need to stain it first and then rewax it? Or do I now need to strip the whole top :(
