Any recommendation for a waterbased poly for sealing a glaze on cabinets? I need to roll/brush on the bases, so I'm looking for a slow drying product that won't leave brush marks.

try varathane for floors. use a pad to apply the finish. the pad
is about the size of a 3x5 index card. rinse the pad completely after
use for the next coat. the pad is removable from the plastic
handle.
