Unhappy Refinishing wooden stairs & railing - HELP!

I am having the most difficult time finding a contractor who would be able to lay hardwood floors in the living/dining AND refinish my staircase including replacing the railings, posts, etc.
I've been searching for the past month and even used the contractor search on this site. Everyone who comes over says they will do the floors and steps, but WILL NOT do the balusters, rails, etc. Do you have any suggestions? Thank you!

Each task is a specialty. Hire a seperate pro to do the railings. Ask the floor guy to leave you enough stain for the railings so they match. IMO sanding/finishing floors is not a DIY project, and installing railings is not for a beginner, but staining/finishing the railings can certainly be DIY.

Most good carpenters can replace the stair parts. There are some who specialize in stairs. A lot of floor finishers will stain and finish all the stair parts or you can say money and do that part yourself.
