Removing antique oil finish

I have an old victrola cabnet that I stripped down to what I thought was bare wood. After using a coat of antique oil I found out that I missed some of the old finish. I'd like to remove the coat of antique oil that I applied, and finish the cabnet with the "original" flat black paint. Can the antique oil finish be removed? If so by what means?

Thanks,

Steve

You can strip the new finish in the same manner that you stripped the old.
