Question repair scratches in laminent surface(faux woodgrain look)

the surface is non pouris and slick with the appearance of dark cherry wood finish. the desktop has several scratches which really really stand out. I have tried touchup wood staining pens, markers, pencils, dark brown shoe dye, and many others trying to hide these scratches a dings but NOTHING sticks. I would like to keep the wood grain look...any suggestions, HELP

Depending on the manufacturer, you may be able to get touchup material from them

Formica offers touchup colors for everything they make; sometimes involving a blending of several colors to match the laminate.

Someone who deals in the brand of laminate you have should be able to help.
