Sealing Cedar

I just recently built some outdoor furniture out of smooth cedar. What do you recommend i seal this furniture with,
I was told to use something with a UV inhibitor in it. I want something that will not change the color of the cedar.
Thanks

About the only product that won't change the color of the wood would be the waterborne water seal..... but they don't hold up well - would possibly need recoating 1-2 times a year.

Most exterior stains [semi- transparent] will do a good job of preserving the wood.

I like spar urethane outside, but it will darken the wood a small amount. Clear semi-transparent deck sealer will probably change the color the least, but nothing will have no effect on color.
