Chipped My Granite Counter Top

I chipped the edge of my granite counter top. It's a very small chip. The only way you can tell is when I run my hand over the area.

Is there anyway I can smooth out or buff the chip as so it is not so rough?

Thanks!

First, most stone tops are polished at the factory with specialized euipment & materials - not a DYI project. As for smoothing out the edge, my first thought would be fine sandpaper - using a sanding block. The sanding sponges used by drywall installers may work.

My best suggestion is to consult someone locally who installs these tops, or better yet, consult a manufacturer.
