Design for a Ballista
Hi,
I'm new here and, was unsure which section would best be able to help me with this. I'm attempting to build a small-ish Ballista, but surprisingly the only plans/designs I've been able to find online are for either a toothpick sized model, or charge a fee for access.
If anyone on here could assist me in locating a step by step construction guide I woulld be greatly appreciative.
Thank you for your help.

Welcome to the forums! I'm just a laid back redneck from the South, so I had to look up what a ballista was, so forgive me. We would refer to them as crossbows on steroids
How to Make a Ballista | eHow may give you some insight without having to pay for the plans, but a moderate price for good plans is really worth the cost. I reluctantly purchase plans for items I build in my shop if I can't wrap my head around it all, but mostly I build from head-to-hand.
