zero clearance hinges for cabinet

Thanks in advance. Here is my problem. I am replacing the cabinet doors with home made doors. The old doors (it is a 2 door face frame cabinet) had a 3/8 overlay so I made the new ones the same. so far so good. I made slide out shelves to go inside which is where the problem arises. I left 1/8 inch clearance on each side of the shelf. I bought the "
3/8" Blum® Compact Soft-Close BLUMotion Overlay Hinge" which requires at least 1/4 clearance on the side. I rebuilt one shelf but I really hate to do the others as I am wasting so much effort on that.

Is there another hinge that you know of that will allow a 3/8 overlay with the door fully clearing the opening when open?

pictures available if needed.

No cup hinge will. Only the old style variable overlay ones will.

like these.

But if you have 3/8 overlay and your door is 3/4 thick, the door will be in the way by 3/8 when it's open at a 90. Should have used 3/4 overlay and built the drawers smaller it seems to me.
