replacement for grass 839 hinges

The hinges throughout our house are getting noisy and rough. Most if not all the cabinets use this same hinge (see attached photo). The doors overlay the face frame by about 1/2".

My wife's birthday is coming up and this is one of the few things she has mentioned. So I'd like to replace them.

Can you guys recommend something to replace them with? I'm looking for soft close, reasonable quality, and easily available online. Ideally all the holes would match up on the replacements, but if the large hole for the hinge body matches up, its ok if the screw holes don't.

I'll need hinges for 28 doors in the kitchen, plus if my ambition holds out bathrooms, and a laundry room (around 44 doors / 88 hinges total). If I can figure that something I'm sure will fit well, I'd like to shop around a bit and place one order for everything I need.

thanks,
Joe

And my wife always want some silly gift!

So first thought, have you tried using some silicon spray on them!

They look very common, here was the first item that popped up on my search.

Take off one of the hinges and take it to Lowes or HD and match up to the same thing. There are several different style of this type. I tried to fix, lubricate one of these and decided it was easier to just replace.

Pretty common, available from any brand out there. Blum 38N is one.

Thanks. I just ordered 50 Blum 38N with "Blumotion" soft close feature. That will get me started.
