Stool leg questions

I'm attaching three pictures: one of a broken metal disc at the top of the stool leg, one of the same type of disc still intact, and one with the insert that came loose and needs to be re-attached in the hole in the leg.

Wondering...
-Where to find a replacement disc to replace the broken one?
-What type of adhesive to use when reattaching the insert?

Trying to find a replacement part for an older piece of furniture is going to be nearly impossible.

That is a very simple flat metal piece with a rivet style nut attached. With some simple metal working tools that could easily be fabricated.

A small fabrication shop could do that although it will be a few $.

You might be able to make one out of a washer the same size and a drill press.

Search online for "chair leg hardware". This was one that popped up.

Sorry for the crazy late reply! Thank you for all the suggestions! It took quite a lot of searching but I eventually found this set of brad tee nuts on Amazon that was a perfect match.
