Help!!!
I want to redo my bedroom furniture but it's pressed wood!! Is there any way to do this or am i forced to go out and buy new fruniture?
I though of covering it with cloth... but then i thought of how hard it would be to do the drawers and mirror and everything.
I am open to any ideas!!! Fill me I'm a blank slate on this one!!!

If you decide to paint, you ened to sand the piece enough to scuff up the present finish. Wipe clean, then prime. KILZ, BIN, and Benjamin Moore's Fresh Start are all excellent primers.
Sand lightly to remove runs, sags, etc., wipe clean again, then paint. I'd use a semigloss latex enamel - the same paint many people use to do the interior woodwork of their home. The color choice, of course, is up to you.
As for antiquing, here are some sites to look at for more detailed information.
