Well, I received a couple PMs regarding my experience with the i-drive, so I thought I would post here and let you all know how it has gone..... [/quote] This was my responce to one message stating that a lot of contractors will not install them due to the high failure rate, I am going to give them a call today or tomorrow and see what they will do about it. for $250 they better do something. I think at this point I would tell anyone to stay away from it and go with the traditional type opener.

i have a craftsman 1/2 hp chain drive, both remotes are suddenly not working ... the light on my manual switch on the garage wall is blinking and that switch is able to open and close the garage doors ... SOS !!!!!
